One of the most important investments families make is the education of their children. Your child's education will determine how he lives the rest of his life.

Public education deals with the student in a one-dimensional way. It only looks at the student from the physical aspect as does much of so-called Christian education. True Christian education looks at the student from a three-dimensional perspective recognizing that people are body, soul, and spirit.

Dealing only with the physical aspect of the student creates continuous physical problems which are often manifested through such symptoms as teenage rebellion, delinquency, drug abuse, and teen pregnancy. A one dimensional educational philosophy is not equipped to handle these problems and is constantly frustrated in the attempt.

True Christian education teaches the young person that he is body, soul, and spirit. It further teaches him that there are moral absolutes, and education is not just the accumulation of facts and figures. There is more to life than just textbook education. Information taught without any moral principle to under gird it will have little effect in building a strong life and character.
